OUR MISSION

The ultimate goal of our federation is to put sticks in the hands of youth players. They are the engine of growth and the future of our sport — the ones who will go on to play on national teams, start clubs, and bring their friends into the game. To serve them well, we must be safe, inclusive, and affordable in everything we do.

To that end, the purpose of this administration is to professionalize the federation, hold ourselves accountable, and create the most fertile growth medium possible for floorball in the United States. We will answer the fundamental questions every newcomer asks: How do I start? Where do I play? Who else plays? How do I coach? How do I officiate? We will build the frameworks that develop players, referees, coaches, and clubs. And we will engage the international community as a responsible, contributing member of the IFF.

Men's U19 is looking for new GM - Thank You Kenton!

Kenton Walker has decided to transition his role as the General Manager of the U.S. Men's Under 19 Floorball Team to a new GM candidate, and USA Floorball is looking for a passionate leader to take over continuing to build the MU19 program.

After an exciting performance in May 2019 at the Men's Under 19 World Floorball Championships in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where the team moved up to a 14th world ranking, and the successful creation of the MU19 Developmental Program to develop a pipeline of future national team players, Kenton has decided to focus on other ways to help grow floorball in the U.S., including continuing to volunteer as the Rocky Mountain Regional Director for USA Floorball. USA Floorball would like to thank Kenton for his dedication and the leadership he devoted to the team as General Manager.
