OUR MISSION
The ultimate goal of our federation is to put sticks in the hands of youth players. They are the engine of growth and the future of our sport — the ones who will go on to play on national teams, start clubs, and bring their friends into the game. To serve them well, we must be safe, inclusive, and affordable in everything we do.

To that end, the purpose of this administration is to professionalize the federation, hold ourselves accountable, and create the most fertile growth medium possible for floorball in the United States. We will answer the fundamental questions every newcomer asks: How do I start? Where do I play? Who else plays? How do I coach? How do I officiate? We will build the frameworks that develop players, referees, coaches, and clubs. And we will engage the international community as a responsible, contributing member of the IFF.

Menlo Park US National Champions!

Adam Troy

After an intense weekend of great floorball action at the Round Rock Sport Center Menlo Park came out on top wining the US Nationals final by 1-0 against BosDiego.

The weekend started with the group stage where ten teams battled it out for the best seeding possible for Sunday's playoffs. Saturday saw a lot of even and exciting games. As did Sunday.

You can find all Saturday's results here.

The two play-in games saw an early local upset in the playoffs was when Lonestar beat the Dallas Fireballs, 3-2, in a shootout. At the same time the Women's National team fell by 0-2 to Austin 2.

In the quarterfinals Austin 1 defeated Houston 4-1 and the Manhattan Kings defeated the U19+ by 4-1. In the second round of quarterfinals Bos-Diego defeated Lonestar by 6-1 and Menlo Park defeated Austin 2 by 6-0.

The early rounds of the playoffs saw a lot of goals but the later rounds of the playoffs didn't as the teams tightened their defenses.

In the semifinals BosDiego defeated Austin by 3-1 and Menlo Park won by 2-1 over the Manhattan Kings.

Just as the final began the bronze medal game ended with the Manhattan Kings coming out on top. The final would be a dramatic one. After only 23 seconds Menlo Park scored. The play then shifted back and fourth but there where no more goals, despite a number of good plays by both teams. The final ended 1-0 to Menlo Park.

Congratulations to Menlo Park, 2015 US National Champions!
